Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- Australia (Domestic)
- United States, Canada, New Zealand, and selected international countries

Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days
- Made-to-order or custom items may take slightly longer to prepare
Note: We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Sent via Australia Post
- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (optional at checkout)
International Shipping
- Delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination
- Tracked shipping provided for all international orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your parcel via the carrier’s website.
Packaging
We take care in packaging each order to ensure safe delivery. Where possible, we use recyclable or reusable materials.
Delivery Issues
Harrix3D is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal service disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Customs clearance delays

Returns Due to Undeliverable Packages
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we can:
- Reship it (additional shipping fee applies), or
- Offer a refund minus original shipping costs
